If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical for drone photography/videography, our team will reschedule this portion of our services. We aim to find the next day when the weather is more conducive to drone operations to ensure the quality of our work.

In the meantime, we will continue with the scheduled interior and exterior photography and any other services requiring interior access. Our Project Management team will work closely with you to reschedule the drone shoot, ensuring it fits conveniently into your listing plans.

Yes, we encourage you to provide specific requests or directions for your drone shoot. Your insights and understanding of the property can greatly aid in capturing the most beneficial shots and angles. This helps ensure that the final content aligns with your vision and meets your marketing needs.

Drone operation in restricted areas can be quite complex due to a variety of laws and regulations set by aviation authorities, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States. These areas often include airports, military zones, national parks, and other sensitive locations.

In some cases, it may be possible to obtain a special waiver or permission to fly in these areas, but this is typically a time-consuming process with no guaranteed approval.
